Tuesday despite several earlier orders.
Counsel for Dar told the court that his client was unwell and undergoing treatment abroad, thus he had been unable to appear bef
ore the court despite various earlier orders. He said his client would appear once he gets well. A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar rejected the medical report of
Dar and noted that whenever someone falls ill, his fresh medical certificate is presented bef
ore the cour
t. The chief justice noted that Dar would have to appear bef
ore the c
ourt one day.
Later, the c
ourt observed that further hearing would be conducted after Eidul Fitr.
